Which company type should I choose?

Most startups choose a Private Limited Company. If you are not sure, pick "Not sure, help me" in the quote form. Our experts will suggest one.

Do I need a digital signature already?

No. We arrange one for each person who signs. If you already have one, we check that it works.

What documents do I need?

Each director shares their PAN and Aadhaar or passport. For the office, you need an address proof and the owner's consent.
